03 · Before & after
Before
After

Hauling the old material out is part of the job. We load it, set aside what can be reused on site, and leave the ground graded and raked.

04 · Why choose us

The reasons builders call us back

  • Locally owned & operated

You talk to the person who runs the crew, not a call center in another state.

  • Licensed & insured

Fully licensed and carrying liability and workers' comp. Certificates on request.

  • Experienced operators

The same operators, on payroll, trained on every machine we run.

  • Right machine for the job

Excavators, dozers and compactors sized to the work, so we are not chewing up ground to save a trip.

  • Transparent pricing

A written estimate line by line — machine time, trucking, material, haul-off. No surprise add-ons.

  • Free estimates

On-site, at no cost, with the plans reviewed before anyone quotes a number.

  • Workmanship guarantee

If a grade or a trench we cut settles wrong, we come back and make it right.

  • Residential & commercial

One back yard or a whole subdivision — same standard, same crew leads.

★★★★★
They hit the grades on the first pass and the pad was ready when the concrete crew showed up. Site was clean when they left.

The estimate broke out machine time and trucking, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. No surprises at invoice time.

We had water standing behind the garage every spring. They cut a swale and set a drain and it has been dry since.

Needed a commercial pad graded between phases. They worked around our schedule and finished a day early.

12 · FAQ

Common questions

How long does site work take?+

Most residential site work runs one to three days. Full site packages and commercial pads take longer.

Do you handle permits and utility locates?+

Yes. We pull permits where required and call in utility locates before any digging.

Will you haul the spoil away?+

We do. Trucking and haul-off appear as line items on your estimate so you can see the cost.

How much does excavation cost?+

It depends on volume, soil, access, rock and how much material has to leave the site. The on-site estimate is free and itemized.

Do you work from engineered plans?+

Yes. Send the site plan and grading sheet and we will quote from it, and flag anything that looks off before we start.
