New dock construction
Sectional, roll-in and piling docks sized to your frontage, decked in cedar, composite or aluminium.
Blue Harbor builds, installs, services and stores docks and boat lifts across the county. Twenty-seven seasons on these lakes, and we know which bottoms hold a post and which do not.
Aluminium and cedar docks, cantilever and vertical lifts, shoreline protection, and the seasonal work that keeps all of it running.
Sectional, roll-in and piling docks sized to your frontage, decked in cedar, composite or aluminium.
1,200 to 10,000 lb capacity, with canopies, remote drives and solar charging installed and set up.
Riprap, steel and vinyl seawalls, erosion repair and beach restoration, permitted with the lake authority.
On a scheduled route each spring and fall, so your dock is in before the season and out before the ice.
Cables, pulleys, motors, bunks and decking replaced; storm-damaged sections straightened and re-set.
Cold and heated storage for lifts, canopies and dock sections, with pickup and spring return included.
Join the route once and the calendar is ours to manage. You get a text the week before every visit and photos when the work is done.
Join the spring route| Month | What happens |
|---|---|
| April | Dock sections set, lift positioned and levelled, hardware inspected. |
| June | Mid-season check: cables greased, bunks adjusted, bolts retorqued. |
| August | Service window for repairs and upgrades before the busy end of summer. |
| October | Everything pulled before ice-up and stacked above the waterline. |
| Winter | Storage at our yard, with repairs done off-season at a lower rate. |
“Lift motor died on a Friday in July. Running again Saturday morning, no weekend surcharge.”
“Third season on the route and I have not thought about the dock once. Exactly what I wanted.”
“They filed the shoreline permit I had been putting off for two years, and it cleared in a month.”
Give us the lake, the frontage and what you are trying to do. Most quotes come from photos and a phone call.
We will call within a business day to talk through depth and layout. In season, repair calls get a response the same afternoon.
