How it goes

Five steps, written into the quote. If weather moves a pour, you get a call the day before, not the morning of.

Start step 01
  1. 01

    Measure

We measure, check drainage and mark the utilities. Twenty minutes on site.

  2. 02

    Written spec

Thickness, psi, reinforcement, joint layout and cure method, priced per square foot.

  3. 03

    Tear-out & base

Old concrete out and recycled, base graded and plate-compacted, forms set to string.

  4. 04

    Pour & finish

Early truck, screed, float, finish, then saw-cut joints within twenty-four hours.

  5. 05

    Cure & hand back

Sealed cure, barricades left up, and a card telling you exactly when to drive on it.

“The only bid that told me the thickness and the psi. Turned out the cheap bid was pouring three and a half inches.”

B. Iverson · Maple Grove

“Cut the joints the next morning like they said. Two winters in, no cracks anywhere.”

L. Okafor · Riverside

“Poured our store approach on a Sunday so we never closed. Swept the lot before they left.”
